It is a fully automated cloud-based platform offering a clinical workflow for comprehensive genomic and transcriptomic profiling of cancer-related genes.
Its unique interpretation, and reporting workflow proposes the FDA therapeutics, clinical trials, and medical interpretations while making reports easy to understand for oncologists.Login
Simply, if artificial Intelligence can explain a car to drive on its own, it should be able to improve the outcomes of cancer research. We need it to be applied in the best way.
At Molecs, we believe that incorporating AI over big data is a critical component of the scientific method. Therefore, we are developing Project Jupyter to present greater clarity on cancer prognosis.
Always keeping in mind the confidentiality of patient’s data, we pursue to discover the highest success rates of a healthier life, by linking up trends in the enlarging cancer transcriptomics data. At Molecs, we desire to acquire a deeper understanding of the biological mechanisms behind patient-specific predictions.
Unhappily, it is still a luxury to have a bioinformatics specialist friend. Therefore, we are delivering Project 101 to our wet-lab friends.
Project 101 provides a scalable cloud environment with inbuilt NGS data analysis pipelines such as RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, ATAC-seq, and ChIP-seq, etc. with easy to learn training modules.
If you have done with your sequencer, just run it on Project 101.Login
RNA-seq is exceptionally advantageous at discovering structural variants. However, for the required sensitivity of finding single nucleotide variants and indels, we have initiated Project Dust.
Project Dust is aimed to evolve into a state-of-the-art analysis pipeline that uses a deep neural network to call genetic variants from next-generation RNA sequencing data. At Molecs, we sincerely care about Project Dust to increase the accuracy of Project Mercury.
So that, precision matters.
